Before any toys reach our store they’re tested, tested and tested again to make sure we know you'll love them. But just in case they are not a good fit for you, our Good Time Guarantee covers you for 30 days. 

If a sex toy you’ve purchased doesn’t give you a good time, you can return it, at your own cost for a store credit, no questions asked.

Please contact us with your order number to arrange the return before sending any product back.

*Please ensure you get a tracking number when sending your return and include your name and order number as the sender. 

You must contact us within 30 days from it being delivered. Only applies to sex toys, excludes Juicee and Cleanies. Store credit can be used across our range and is valid for 12 months. The Good Time Guarantee only applies on your original purchase and is not valid on purchases using store credit.
